Yesterday at 15:08 Emily Mae Brett arrived, weighing in at 9lb 8oz which is 6oz lighter than here big brother (Jack) was and a couple of inches shorter than he was at c. 1ft 10in.
Becky was induced a week early at c. 10;00 am on Thursday (28th March) and got her own room and a welcome supply of epidural pain relief at about 03:00 am yesterday (29th March). After a rollercoaster ride of emotions and a disagreement between the midwife and the doctor, as well of the threat of a caesarean the Emily arrived naturally all be it taking a little longer than we hoped.
